ABOUT ME

I am a filmmaker, photographer, skier, mountain runner, and professional timelapse artist. Inspired by nature. Fueled by adventure. Striving for the limits of human potential.

Adventure and awe define me. As a filmmaker, I capture captivating images of the natural world and human experience. Timelapse, hyperlapse, action sports, and adventure filmmaking are my focus. While based in North Vancouver, I’ve filmed throughout the Pacific NorthWest, and as far as California, Japan, and the Yukon Territory.

Having been experimenting with cameras, editing, and motion graphics since before high school, my work has evolved as an innovative mix of all three. I can be found anywhere from distant mountain tops managing multiple camera systems, to the heart of dense urban neighbourhoods, capturing the paces of life.

Through my work, I aim to inspire others to explore their world and their potential. I am also constantly looking for new and original ways to capture footage. Large scale long term timelapse, and parallax (virtual camera movement) timelapse have been the focus of my recent efforts.

While on adventure shoots, I am also an active participant in the story. Keeping ahead of athletes is challenging work, which is why plenty of my time is spent skiing, hiking, exploring, and trail/mountain running. I am always ready to go, and willing to put in the extra work to get the shot and tell the best story.
